Treetop Cabin is deep in the forest just beyond Groom Creek. Groom Creek is a cabin community in the mountains south of Prescott near Goldwater Lake. It is a newly built cabin with many nice features including 2 decks and a built-in gas BBQ. The country decor is inviting and there are many cute nooks and sitting areas. The Living Room has a paperlog firestove (one log per night provided) and comfy loveseat and sofa for watching movies or TV. The cabin is built on the side of a hill with a children's play area down below and surrounded by Ponderosa pine forest. Goldwater Lake is just minutes down Senator Highway with fishing and picnicing. Downtown Prescott is about 20 minutes away. Bring something to put on the grill and chill at the Treetop Cabin.
Known Issues:Four-wheel-drive vehicle may be necessary during inclement or winter weather.
Water is hauled in for bathing, washing and flushing. Conservation is very important.
Very secluded location. Mouse traps may be in use.

Rates

Base Weekend Rate - $199.00/night - 2 people, 2 night minimum weekends plus $100 cleaning fee and tax

Special weekly rate $847.00 plus $100 cleaning fee and tax - 2 persons. Add $100 per persons 3-4/pet, $50 per person up to 8. Subject to Holiday/Special Event Premium.

Multi-night Discount - 3% per night (3-5 nights, max 15%) off Base Rate + any extra charges

Extra Persons(age 2 and up)/Pets per night - Add $20 per persons 3-4 or pets. Add $10 per persons 5-8.

Midweek Discount - Subtract approx 10 %

Holiday/Special Event Premium - Add approx 15 % to stays that include these Holidays (3-night Minimum may apply) President's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and 20% for Christmas-New Years and Frontier Days (July 4th Week)

Winter Discount - Subtract 10 % - January-February (excluding Holidays)
