This historic Rock House is just a little over a mile from the Square, an easy 15-20 minute walk to downtown. Butte Creek, a beautiful seasonal creek runs through the front yard. Hills filled with tall pines and boulders are fun to climb and explore. The tree fort with ladder and swings is also available for supervised entertainment. There is even a fenced area for dogs. The two person hot tub by the back patio has a secluded setting for a relaxing soak. Two queen bedrooms are on the main level with a full bath in between them. A small den downstairs has a daybed that makes into 2 twins. This den is accessed by a narrow spiral staircase in the front bedroom. The sitting room also has a twin sofabed. The living room has a duraflame log fireplace for ambiance. Central heat and A/C keep the Rock House warm in winter and cool in summer. A modern, well-equipped kitchen has a large peninsula with counter space and an eating bar for three. There is also a dining table that seats four. Wireless internet access coming soon. Once you leave the pavement and cross the creek you can look forward to peace and quiet and a little bit historic heaven in the middle of town.

Plus $75 cleaning fee and tax
2-night minimum on Weekends (3-4 nights on certain holidays, see below)

Base Weekend Rate - $189.00/night - 2 people, 2 night minimum weekends plus one time $75 cleaning fee and tax.

Special weekly rate $805 - 2 persons plus $75 cleaning fee and tax. Add $100 per extra persons 3,4 or pets, $50 for persons 5-7. Pets Conditional. (Subject to Holiday premium.)

Multi-night Discount - 3% per night (3-5 nights, max 15%) off Base Rate + any extra charges

Extra Persons 3-4 or pets $20/night, persons 5-7 $10/night (age 2 and up,) Pets Conditional.

Midweek Discount - Subtract approx 10 %

Holiday/Special Event Premium -
Applies to stays that include these Holidays (3-4 night minimum may apply)
President's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day Add 10%, Thanksgiving Add 15%, Christmas-New Years, Frontier Days (July 4th Week,) Add 20%

Winter Discount - Subtract 10 % - January-February (excluding Holidays)
