Hilltop Log Cabin

The Hilltop Log Cabin perches on top of the hill overlooking Lynx Creek, Prescott Valley and the Bradshaw Mountains. With 4 bedrooms there is room for large families and maybe some friends. The full bath is upstairs with 3 bedrooms. The half bath is on the main level with the living/dining rooms and kitchen. Well-behaved pets are also welcome (see specific pet policies.) The rec room downstairs has a ping pong table and the ESPN Game Center with basketball, baseball and football toss. You can also practice golf putting and soccer kicks. Bring or rent your favorite DVD to watch on the TV and the kids will be busy for hours. The full-size Hot Tub out on the deck will be relaxing or fun depending on who's in it with you. Keep in touch via email or browse the Web with the Hi-Speed Wireless DSL connection for computers. During winter it's always nice to have a fire going in a log cabin. The Duraflame logs provided are safe and pleasant in the Living Room and Master Bedroom fireplaces. Electric heat keeps the cabin cozy even with snow outside. Evaporative Cooler keeps you cool in summer. There are several shady deck areas for relaxing outdoors. Outside is a swingset and room to play catch. There is even a log playhouse for the little kids to make believe they are pioneers, cowboys, indians or school teachers. Lynx Creek is just a short walk down the hill and has many areas to explore. Swing out over the pond on the ol' rope swing (at your own risk, of course!) Hike down the creek all the way to Fain Park in Prescott Valley if you want, investigating beautiful riparian areas, birds and wildlife. Lynx Lake is just 5 minutes away for fishing, rowboating and hiking. Malls, grocery, restaurants and cinemas are just 5 minutes driving, also. Downtown Prescott with more restaurants, antique shopping, libraries and parks is just 15 minutes away down Hwy 69. The Grand Canyon, Verde Canyon Railway, Phoenix and many Indian Ruins are easy days trips from Prescott. Use the Hilltop Log Cabin as your base for visiting the High Country of Central Arizona.

Base Weekend Rate - $219.00/night - 2 people, 2 night minimum weekends plus $70 cleaning fee and tax

Special weekly rate $939.00 plus $70 cleaning fee and tax - 2 people. Add $100 per extra person 3 and 4, $50 per person or pet up to 8. Subject to Holiday/Special Event Premium.

Multi-night Discount - 3% per night (3-5 nights, max 15%) off Base Rate + any extra charges

Extra Persons(age 2 and up)/Pets per night - Add $10.00 per person or $20 per pet.

Midweek Discount - Subtract approx 10 %

Holiday/Special Event Premium - Add approx 15 % to stays that include these Holidays (3-night Minimum may apply) President's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and 20% for Christmas-New Years and Frontier Days (July 4th Week)

Winter Discount - Subtract 10 % - January-February (excluding Holidays)
