Nestled between Pinions and Cottonwoods, Creek Cottage sits on the hillside overlooking Lynx Creek, Mingus Mountain and the Bradshaws. This little hideaway is quiet and secluded and has many different decorating touches. The subtle colors in the tile floor bring out the reds and golds in the furniture, pictures and linens. The bedroom has a king bed, gas firestove and a private deck with jacuzzi. The other deck off the dinette has a patio table with chairs and an electric BBQ grill. An electric firestove in the living room heats the Cottage in the winter, an evaporative cooler makes it comfortable in the summer. The TV is connected to DishNetwork (satellite) and DVD/VCR. There is a private phone line for free local calls (long distance is restricted to calling cards and collect numbers.) The kitchen has everything needed for as much cooking as you want to do. The full bath has a tub/shower and double vanity. Hiking starts at the front door. Wander along the creek bank enjoying the lush  vegetation, wildlife and redolent riparian fragrances. If exercise is on the schedule hike over the hill and back. Lynx Lake is just 10 minutes away with fishing, tall pines and boat rentals.  Major shopping and downtown Prescott are just 15 minutes driving. But is you are really just looking to relax, curl up in the rocker and read a book or magazine. We don't think there is a nicer accommodation in the Prescott area for this rate.

Base Weekend Rate - $189.00/night - 2 people, 2 night minimum weekends

Special weekly rate $809.00 - 2 people. Add $50 per extra person up to 4, $100 for pets. Subject to Holiday/Special Event Premium.

Multi-night Discount - 3% per night (3-5 nights, max 15%) off Base Rate + any extra charges

Extra Persons(age 2 and up)/Pets - Add $10.00/night per person or $20/pet.

Midweek Discount - Subtract approx 10 %

Holiday/Special Event Premium - Add approx 15 % to stays that include these Holidays (3-night Minimum may apply) President's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and 20% for Christmas-New Years and Frontier Days (July 4th Week)

Winter Discount - Subtract 10 % - January-February (excluding Holidays)
