Carriage HouseHow Sweet It Is! Imagine yourself lounging by the fire on a chilly winter day or relaxing on the patio with a cool summer breeze. Carriage House offers all seasons enjoyment. It's features include elegant living and dining rooms with a gas fireplace, expanses of windows and a full length balcony with miles of views and unbelievable stargazing. Three comfortable bedrooms, each strategically separated for privacy, have direct, private access to a bath (the downstairs bedroom has a half bath only). The upstairs bedrooms (main living level) have luxurious quality pillowtop mattresses and TVs. Downstairs there is a 1930's feel from antique accents, serene decor and queen bed. There is a cozy western themed media room down the hall on this level if anyone wants to watch their favorite TV show or listen to music in comfort and quiet. The kitchen has custom Maple cabinetry, a 6 burner gas stove, microwave and dishwasher. A large family room with a gas flame stove and 51" HD flat screen TV are just what you need for a stay away from home. High Speed Internet Access is available in the den. The whole house has central A/C and heat. An Evap Cooler helps humidify during the dryest months. If you want to spend time outdoors, the rear patio under a wisteria draped trellis is the place for you. There you can enjoy the gardens filled with roses and other flowers, fruit trees and herbs. In the front, terraced grassy lawns and gardens have benches to sit, relax and enjoy the views. We also offer a washer and dryer and garage for your convenience. There are stairs to climb front, back and inside so watch your step. Located on a quiet hillside cul de sac, shopping and restaurants are a short 3 minutes away and just a couple more takes you to the historic Courthouse Square and famous Whiskey Row.
