This three bedroom cabin perched above Aspen Creek is located in the tall pines west of Downtown Prescott about 5 min from the Square. Surrounded by Ponderosas, the Aspen Creek Cabin peeks through the trees with views all the way to Mingus Mountain. At night the lights of the town twinkle in the distance through the big picture windows. The master bedroom has a king bed (with a "Heavenly" mattress.) It is on the lower level and has it's own 3/4 bath. Also downstairs is the washer/dryer. On the main level is the Queen bedroom with another "Heavenly" mattress. A full bath is across the hall. Another bedroom is upstairs with 2 twins and a daybed that makes into 2 more twins. The queen sleeper sofa sleeps 2 more. Indoor spiral staircases go up to the loft area and down to the master bedroom. An outdoor path also provides access to the king bedroom on the lower level. Much care must be taken going up and down the narrow spiral staircases. The woodburning stove provides heat and ambiance when it's chilly outside. Two window A/C units keep the Aspen Creek Cabin cool in summer. A well-equipped kitchen and outdoor grill make cooking easy.

Per night, Double Occupancy
Plus $60 cleaning fee and tax
2-night minimum on Weekends (3-night on certain holidays, see below)

Base Weekend Rate - $179.00/night - 2 people, 2 night minimum weekends plus one time $60 cleaning fee and tax.
Special weekly rate $759.00 - 2 persons plus $60 cleaning fee and tax. Add $100 per pet or extra persons 3,4 or $50 per persons up to 10. Subject to Holiday/Special Event Premium.
Multi-night Discount - 3% per night (3-5 nights, max 15%) off Base Rate + any extra charges
Extra Persons(age 2 and up)/Pets - Add $20.00/night per persons 3-4 or pets, $10/night for persons 5-8.
Midweek Discount - Subtract approx 10 %
Holiday/Special Event Premium - Add approx 15 % to stays that include these Holidays (3-night Minimum may apply) President's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and 20% for Christmas-New Years and Frontier Days (July 4th Week)
Winter Discount - Subtract 10 % - January-February (excluding Holidays)
